Basketball Ireland, has selected Goodform as their official CRM, Data, and Insight supplier.
Goodform’s tailored Customer Data Platform will provide Basketball Ireland with a deeper understanding of their audience, which will be integral for their vision to become more customer centric and drive commercial growth. Goodform will support them in achieving this goal by merging disparate datasets across key business functions, including ticketing, participation and streaming, providing the tools to enable sophisticated analysis and highly targeted digital campaigns to be executed that will drive engagement across all audience profiles.
